Niclas Hellberg

NICLAS HELLBERG (Art Director)

Who Am I? Still discovering. But for now... I’m Niclas Hellberg, I’m from Germany and doing the Art Direction program at Miami Ad School Europe.

Don’t tell my girlfriend this: I LOVE THE WEB.

True, we made the web. Now, the web makes us. Therefore, I enjoy spotting human behavior and it inspires me alot when working on my projects. My love for this thing called internet curiously inspired me to study Online Media in the south of Germany. From there, I took a step further to learn a lot about design and advertising and marketing. The web never ends so the learning goes on...

Meanwhile, you can follow on Twitter and on my blog frontand.de where I share my experiences and inspiration.

My life is not all about displays. I really enjoy cooking and travelling. In the past years I had the luck to be able to visit Bergen, Oslo, Beijing, Shanghai, San Francisco, New York, Cape Town, Lisabon, Tunis and other great cities. For me traveling is like discovering new things and getting inspirations from all over the world.
Hopefully the journey goes on...

Babatunde Adebola

BABATUNDE ADEBOLA (Copywriter)

Babatunde Adebola comes from Nigeria... that part of the world where people believe words (ideas) are so powerful that it can make you dip your hands in your pocket and spend cash you didn’t plan for. Ask those who have replied scam e-mails and they will tell you more :)

Frankly speaking, he really experienced the potency of creativity while studying mass communication at the Moshod Abiola Polytechnic. Working behind the scene as campaign manager for his fellow student activists, he created stuff that helped them to power and thereby earning little campus recognition. Since then, he has been experimenting with ideas and along the way he landed in Germany last year thanks to the Lürzer’s Archive Scholarship at Miami Ad School Europe (Hamburg). And he has shown post-humous gratitude to Sir Walter Lürzer by getting published in Lürzer’s Archive with his first semester freshman class work.

For him, creativity is a great for self discipline because it allows one to drop egos and see things from more humbling angles. He has a funny penchant for drinking many liters of water when under pressure. He enjoys football when national pride is at stake and players give their best (not for some big bucks in champion league games:) He enjoys listening to the pulse of people and society. He is a fan of the Sarcasm society. Above all, little things give him joy...
